Brooklyn Supports Coordinator

The Brooklyn Supports Coordinator at Brooklyn Public Library connects patrons in branch locations to community supports for homelessness, housing instability, food insecurity, mental health, and benefits access. Reporting to the Community Services Manager on the Community Health team, the role develops and maintains partnerships with social service and health providers to create warm referral pathways. The coordinator also provides direct in-person and follow-up assistance to patrons and supports staff training and resource development.
