BSA Officer

The BSA Officer at Bridgewater Bank leads and oversees the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, and OFAC compliance program across all business lines, products, services, and delivery channels. The role manages day‑to‑day BSA workflows, conducts risk assessments, implements regulatory and technology changes, and serves as the primary liaison for examinations, audits, and law‑enforcement inquiries. Additionally, the officer provides training, reports to the Board and Audit Committee, and collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to strengthen controls and support the bank’s growth.
