BSFT Therapist

The BSFT Therapist works as part of a prevention team to promote child safety and well-being, reduce risks to children and youth, and prevent foster care placement. This role involves conducting weekly family therapy sessions using the Brief Strategic Family Therapy modality, predominantly in the home, while maintaining a caseload of 10 families. The therapist collaborates with case planners and supervisors to engage families and stakeholders in treatment while assessing and addressing safety and risk issues.
