Building Automation Systems, Operator

This role provides journey-level technical skills for monitoring the campus-wide Building Automation System (BAS) from a central control room, evaluating alarms, and determining appropriate responses and resolutions. The position also serves as the after-hours call center for campus maintenance issues, dispatching personnel and handling emergency situations. The incumbent ensures proper operation of building mechanical and fire prevention systems while maintaining effective communication with customers and supervisors.
