Building Computer Technician

The Building Computer Technician provides technology support for district secondary buildings, including assistance with a 1-to-1 Chromebook program and offsite device take-home privileges. The role involves troubleshooting and configuring wired and wireless devices on a VLAN network, repairing computing hardware, and providing tier 1 support for classroom audio-visual systems. Additionally, the technician monitors user accounts, troubleshoots SSO connectivity, and performs general maintenance to ensure network integrity.
