Building Future Leaders Program – Production Supervisor

The Building Future Leaders Program (BFL) at IKO hires recent engineering graduates into a full-time Production Supervisor role across multiple Canadian manufacturing sites. Participants work as frontline supervisors while completing a 24-month rotational development program that includes mentorship, plant tours, executive exposure, and professional development. Upon program completion candidates are eligible to move into other roles within IKO.
