The Building Future Leaders Program brings recent engineering graduates into IKO as Production Supervisors, combining hands-on production supervision with a 24-month leadership and development curriculum. Participants work at a manufacturing site while receiving mentorship, executive exposure, plant tours and professional development. Upon program completion, incumbents are eligible to move into other relevant roles within IKO.
