Building Inspector

The Building Inspector serves as the Pueblo of Sandia’s primary inspector for all construction projects, ensuring compliance with local and national building codes, zoning regulations, and contract specifications. This role involves reviewing plan documents, issuing permits, conducting site inspections, and enforcing code provisions to maintain safety and regulatory standards. The position requires strong technical knowledge of construction methods and effective communication skills to interact with contractors, staff, and the public.
