Building Maintenance Technician

The Building Maintenance Technician supports the YMCA of the Rockies by maintaining and repairing all aspects of the Estes Park Center facilities, primarily handling maintenance and repair requests from guests and staff. This role involves performing repairs and adjustments using plumbing, heating, electrical, and carpentry skills while planning and prioritizing projects for efficiency. The position requires living on-site and working various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations for emergencies.
