Building Maintenance Worker

This position provides support in coordinating contracted custodial services, inspecting city facilities for maintenance needs, and performing skilled manual labor on city structures and grounds. The role involves general work in various trades, operating city vehicles, and responding to emergency service requests to ensure safe and attractive facilities for residents. Work is performed under the supervision of the Public Works Building Maintenance Coordinator or crew leader.
