Building Safety Programme Manager

The Building Safety Programme Manager will lead the delivery of building and fire safety improvement programmes across the council's higher‑risk buildings, managing projects through design, procurement, construction and completion while ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and regulator requirements. The role involves coordinating consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders, monitoring budgets, risks and performance, and reporting progress to senior management.
