About this role

The Bus Operations Supervisor oversees and monitors bus service operations, coaching and mentoring operators to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with agency policies. This role coordinates routes, handles customer complaints, investigates incidents, and collaborates with dispatch, maintenance, and external agencies to maintain on‑time performance and respond to emergencies.

Investigate customer complaints and incident reports

Liaise with external agencies during special events

Skills

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Management Administration, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Communication, Transportation, or related fieldCommercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B with Passenger and Air Brake Endorsements
