RSM is seeking a Business Analyst Capability Leader within its Digital Solutions group to architect and scale the firm’s Business Analysis capability. This role focuses on shaping the discipline’s strategy and operating model to align with business objectives and rolling roadmaps, while enabling consistent delivery across digital initiatives in a SAFe Agile environment. The leader will build a thriving BA community and drive standardization and modernization of the practice across the organization.
