LDA Services
The Business Analyst plays a critical role within the Business & Transformation Unit, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams to support the successful delivery of transformation initiatives. The role focuses on gathering and translating business requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring solutions are aligned to business needs in line with governance frameworks. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Transformation, the position facilitates workshops, manages requirements, and supports solution design and implementation.
