Business Analyst

The Business Analyst supports Operational Oversight and Compliance initiatives through operational reporting, data analysis, process oversight, and Excel-based reporting, with a focus on TennCare CHOICES and Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS). The role involves monitoring data for timeliness and compliance standards, assisting with external audits, identifying potential issues, and supporting the development of solutions and process improvements. This position partners with internal teams to ensure compliance activities, audit reviews, and ongoing operational improvement efforts are completed accurately and within deadlines.
