Business Architect

We're seeking a Business Architect to join our Service Transformation capability, working as a client-facing advisory consultant on strategic transformation engagements. You'll interpret business strategy and objectives, designing the organisational structures, operations and capabilities that enable clients to successfully achieve business transformation and achieve their strategic goals. Working across enterprise-wide engagements, you'll bridge the gap between strategic intent and operational reality, ensuring feasible and effective alignment between business planning, organisational design and service delivery.
