Business Banking Relationship Management

Builds and manages relationships with a portfolio of small business clients to grow new business and increase market share for BMO. Uses consultative sales and business development practices for an assigned territory, develops business plans, and refers opportunities to colleagues as appropriate. Role supports clients and team members inside and outside Quebec and requires bilingual communication.
