Business Collector

The Business Collector at 407 ETR is responsible for front-line telephone collections and managing a portfolio of delinquent business accounts. Reporting to the Team Manager, Business Support, the role focuses on contacting customers, arranging payment plans, and preparing files for further collection action. The position is based in Woodbridge and sits within the Customer Operations function.
