Business Development & Account Growth

This role is based in the Philadelphia and South Central New Jersey markets, requiring regular travel throughout the assigned territory to identify, qualify, and close new independent retail and foodservice accounts. The position involves developing and executing territory business plans to achieve revenue targets while serving as a subject matter expert on ethnically diverse food channels. Responsibilities include building trust-based relationships with store owners and purchasing managers, representing the brand at industry events, and leveraging deep knowledge of multicultural consumer preferences to drive growth.
