Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate represents the front-end of Vencora's acquisition activities by establishing and nurturing relationships with CEOs and owners of global companies. This role focuses on building a strong portfolio of specialist businesses through sourcing, qualifying, and presenting high-potential acquisition opportunities to the internal M&A team. The position involves driving outreach campaigns, managing a pipeline of leads, and supporting deal progression while collaborating with global teams.
