The Business Development professional will lead AssetGuard’s commercial building‑envelope and waterproofing growth in the Dallas‑Fort Worth market. The role focuses on establishing specification‑driven relationships with architects, engineers, owners and contractors, driving market‑development strategy, pipeline creation and contract negotiation for polyurea waterproofing solutions. Collaboration with estimating, operations, marketing and leadership ensures technically credible and commercially viable projects are delivered to company standards.
