The Business Development professional will grow AssetGuard’s commercial building‑envelope and waterproofing presence in the Dallas‑Fort Worth market by establishing relationships with architects, engineers, owners and contractors, influencing specifications, and driving pipeline development. The role oversees market strategy, opportunity qualification, contract negotiation, and coordination with estimating, operations and marketing to ensure technically credible and commercially viable projects.
