Business Development Director

The Business Development Director will lead and expand the Business Development function within an FX & CFDs brokerage, overseeing a team of managers while also personally acquiring high‑value introducing brokers, affiliates, and clients. The role is responsible for setting sales targets, driving revenue growth, managing P&L, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
