About this role

The Business Development Manager – AFH will drive growth of Avantor Fluid Handling solutions in Korea by identifying and developing new and existing customer accounts for single-use assemblies, Masterflex® pumps & tubing, and magnetic mixers. The role involves close collaboration with customers, internal sales teams, and global headquarters to create and execute sales strategies, provide technical and commercial support, and manage projects from opportunity identification through order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute commercial strategies for AFH business in Korea
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and key customer relationships
Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations for AFH solutions
Prepare quotations and coordinate order processing with global teams
Collaborate with internal and global stakeholders to ensure project execution
