Business Development Manager – rPET

This role involves developing and growing the company's recyclable plastics supply network across Northern Ireland by identifying businesses generating recyclable plastic materials and negotiating commercially attractive agreements. The Business Development Manager will take ownership of the territory, spending significant time in the market visiting suppliers and assessing material quality and commercial suitability. The position requires building strong, long-term relationships with new and existing accounts while working closely with international trading, sales, and operational teams.
