Sales Manager Eastern Europe

This field-based role focuses on accelerating new customer acquisition across Eastern Europe through active business development and technical value selling of colorants, dispersions, and tinting systems for the paints and coatings industry. The successful candidate will take ownership of developing the territory, opening new accounts, and building a sustainable customer base while translating customer requirements into commercially attractive solutions. The position involves frequent travel and collaboration with internal technical teams to manage opportunities from initial contact through to commercial launch.
