Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is a field-based, individual-contributor sales role responsible for driving new business growth for Resilience’s Biologics and Drug Product offerings across the West Coast region. This position owns the full new-business lifecycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads through proposal, negotiation, and close. The role requires a hunter mentality with a working knowledge of biologics and drug product development and manufacturing to build relationships and generate revenue within the territory.
