Business Development & Origination Associate

We are seeking a commercially minded, analytical Business Development & Origination Associate with a background in renewable energy, infrastructure, or project finance to drive top-of-funnel origination efforts. In this seat, you will manage initial outreach to renewable energy developers and independent power producers (IPPs)—with a primary focus on key power markets like ERCOT (Texas) and other major US ISOs—to negotiate and secure contracted power agreements. You will lead initial cold and warm outreach via phone and email, build target prospect lists, draft and tailor preliminary term sheets and introductory materials, and conduct initial qualification calls.
