This role serves as an early Business Development hire at Reactor, working directly with the Head of BD & Partnerships to drive growth through strategic partnerships and agreements. The position focuses on managing partner relationships, overseeing contracting processes, and identifying opportunities for renewals and market expansion. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate CRM records, run weekly reviews, and ensure seamless collaboration across legal, finance, and operations teams.
