Business Intelligence Senior Analyst

Zendesk’s Enterprise Business Intelligence & Reporting team is looking for a proactive and experienced BI professional to support enterprise dashboards using modern BI approaches and frameworks. This role involves building BI capabilities with a modern data stack and requires effective communication skills, collaboration, and the ability to provide actionable insights. The candidate will guide and mentor other BI Analysts, ensuring objectives are met and future talent is nurtured within the team.
