The Business Office Manager serves as the operational engine for the community by providing clerical, bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting support to leadership, associates, and residents. This role involves managing payroll, accounts receivable and payable, vendor communications, and resident billing operations while supervising the reception team. The position also includes maintaining resident and employee files, managing petty cash, and overseeing computer systems and program operations.
