Sales Director

Spring Gardens Assisted Living in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Sales Director to join their team and help prospective residents and their families find the right senior living community. The role involves generating and managing leads, creating strategic marketing plans, and working closely with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to achieve budgeted occupancy targets. The Sales Director will build trust with prospects through phone calls and community tours, while also executing events to attract new residents.
