The Business Operations Associate will partner with the Head of Business Operations to design and implement systems, processes, and analytical frameworks that support company growth. The role provides broad exposure across finance, operations, strategy, and data at an early-stage, frontier-tech defense startup. This is a ground-level opportunity to establish BizOps foundations and influence cross-functional priorities and company strategy.
