About this role

The Forecaster role focuses on creating accurate short-term and long-term call volume forecasts for seven distinct business units within Canadian Division contact centers. Using historical data and advanced statistical techniques, the incumbent will build relationships with stakeholders to estimate project impacts on workforce requirements and drive process improvements to reduce call volumes.

Responsibilities

Create and manage accurate long-term and short-term call volume forecasts
Partner with stakeholders to determine project impacts on service levels
Predict call volume and handle time using advanced statistical techniques
Maintain forecasts within Verint system to establish statistical baselines
Analyze trends and provide recommendations to reduce call volumes
