Business Operations Manager (Commercial Operations)

This role is a commercial operations generalist position on Metabase’s BizOps & Finance team, focused on the systems and processes that support contracting and commercial risk management. The position works closely with sales, legal, and external counsel to build scalable, compliant operations that enable efficient deal closing and support enterprise and regulated customers. It sits within a fully distributed, global company that values asynchronous work, autonomy, and long-term product thinking. The role is individual-contributor in nature and combines big-picture strategy with detailed execution in a fast-paced environment.
