The Business Operations Manager, Deposit Products will own and scale Rocket Money’s deposit product operations, including Smart Savings and an upcoming high-yield account. The role partners across product, compliance, finance, and external partners to ensure these products are safe, compliant, scalable, and financially sound. This is a hands-on, strategic operator role responsible for shaping operational foundations and driving cross-functional alignment.
