The Business Oversight Compliance AVP - Markets provides data-led oversight and challenge to ensure the organisation meets legal, regulatory and ethical obligations. The role focuses on compliance across markets activities including swap and security-based swap dealer obligations, the Volcker Rule, political law requirements, and regulatory tradability. It operates within the Cross-Product Regulatory Compliance team and partners with trading, business management and compliance teams to support regulatory integrity and remediation.
