Business Oversight Compliance Specialist

An Assistant Vice President in Business Oversight Compliance provides data-led independent oversight and check-and-challenge to ensure the organisation meets its legal, regulatory and ethical obligations. The role sits within Private Bank and Wealth Management Financial Crime Compliance and contributes to shaping and strengthening AML and financial crime risk frameworks across the business. It delivers advisory support on complex client matters, coordinates global activity, and supports the development of controls and policies. The position is London-based with a hybrid working pattern (3 anchor days).
