Business Process Manager, Partner Ecosystem

The Business Process Manager, Partner Ecosystem will own the development and documentation of all partner-related business processes, creating a single source of truth to drive standardization, improvement, and automation. This role involves collaborating with GPO teams, Partner Operations, and external partners to map current-state workflows, establish process governance, and identify opportunities for efficiency and self-service. The position requires a hands-on leader who can translate business needs into clear requirements for IT and system teams while enabling adoption through training and change management.
