The Business Process & Solutions Analyst will own Customer Service Management (CSM) processes for AES Ohio or AES Indiana, acting as the liaison between business stakeholders and digital teams to drive customer system changes. This role supports the deployment and adoption of customer systems by ensuring requirements are translated into functional designs and validated before production release. The position contributes to AES’s utility transformation initiatives and helps align local and global digital efforts to customer outcomes.
