Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst serves as a liaison between business teams and Technology to ensure enterprise applications and business processes are aligned, documented, and continuously improved. This role collaborates with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and divisional teams to understand current processes, identify gaps, define requirements, and support application changes through testing and implementation. The successful candidate will be process-oriented and comfortable working directly with end users and business leaders to determine whether a problem is caused by process, system configuration, training, data, or a need for new functionality.
