Buyer Experience Ombudsman

This role sits at the intersection of buyer support, policy interpretation, and distressed real estate auction execution, handling suspension and appeal intake while working complex cases. The position serves as a subject matter expert on buyer suspension policies, managing escalations, and providing training and calibration to the team. It involves collaborating with leadership, legal, compliance, and asset management to resolve contested buyer matters and improve upstream processes.
