About this role

The CAD Lead operates as a Pod Leader within a Product Development pod, accountable for creating predictable technical execution across concurrent Custom Assay Development and new product development programs. The role provides hands-on immunoassay technical leadership, reviews data and experimental strategy, and builds scientist capability without formal people-management authority. In partnership with Program Management and cross-functional teams, the role helps move products from feasibility through commercialization while continuously improving how the Pod operates.

Responsibilities

Lead technical execution and daily operations for concurrent product development programs
Provide hands-on immunoassay technical leadership and coaching to scientists
Manage technical risk, experimental strategy, and Stage Gate readiness across portfolios
