Call Center LPN

The Call Center LPN is responsible for triaging calls from patients, families, facilities, physicians, and HIA Health staff, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to address caller needs. This full-time, non-exempt role is based in the Fargo office and focuses on providing excellent customer service and clinical support. The position involves assessing situations, determining appropriate actions, and ensuring thorough documentation of patient interactions.
