Campaign Development Manager

This role leads multiple staff teams and builds strong relationships with constituents to implement innovative peer-to-peer fundraising products and exceed revenue goals within a designated market area. The position is responsible for organizing mission-centered donor cultivation events, prospecting high-impact donors, and managing volunteer committees. The incumbent will develop strategic plans, train fundraising staff, and ensure positive volunteer interactions to support Blood Cancer United's mission.
