Campaign Development Manager

This role leads multiple staff teams and builds strong relationships with constituents to implement innovative peer-to-peer fundraising products and exceed revenue goals for Blood Cancer United's mission. The position is responsible for developing strategic plans, training fundraising staff, and cultivating high-impact donors and volunteer committees within a designated market area. The ideal candidate will drive high-impact fundraising initiatives while integrating the organization's mission into local donor cultivation events.
