Capability Building Manager

The Capability Building Manager at Novartis Canada will design and scale programs that elevate skills, accelerate change, and reinforce a culture of continuous improvement across the commercial field force. The role focuses on identifying capability gaps, orchestrating learning and development for field leaders and sales associates, and advancing digital enablement and AI-enhanced onboarding. This position sits within the Business Excellence & Execution team in Toronto and supports national and international training initiatives.
