Capacity Building Manager

The Capacity Building Manager supports Kiva's lending partners in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia to scale their impact through capacity building and technical assistance. This role manages capacity building efforts, implements grant obligations, and develops vendor partnerships to strengthen Kiva's ecosystem. The position collaborates with the impact and investments teams to drive borrower outcomes and ensure timely grant reporting.
