Capacity Manager

The Capacity Manager establishes and operates ITIL-aligned capacity management processes to ensure enterprise infrastructure and mission-critical systems have sufficient resources to meet current and future business demand. This role monitors performance and utilization across various technology tiers, analyzes trends, and produces forecasts and reports to inform budgeting and technology planning decisions. The position partners with architecture, operations, and service owners to identify capacity risks and recommend optimization or scaling options.
