Capital Project Coordinator

This role serves as the operating system for the manufacturing program, managing capital projects from scope definition through startup to ensure they land on time, on budget, and with usable turnover packages. The position involves building project schedules, tracking budgets, coordinating vendors and contractors, and maintaining technical documentation within a regulated infant formula facility. The role requires bridging project work into operations through commissioning support, qualification handoff, and operator training while publishing regular status reports for leadership.
